If you're starting from scratch, we can take you through our unique concept development process to help you work out exactly how to make the best podcast possible. Alternatively, if you've already got a show and want to improve it, we can analyse it in-depth, then create a plan for how to improve it and take it forward..
Once we've got a comprehensive plan in place, we can give you tools and training to enable you to produce your podcast series in-house, or provide the practical help you need to record, edit, publish and promote it successfully.
1) Concept Development
We love working with organisations and individuals who鈥檝e decided they want to make a podcast and are looking for help to work out exactly what sort of show they should make. We guide every client through the big decisions using our concept development process, including why they're making a show and who they鈥檙e making it for, the name, format and music they鈥檙e going to use, how they鈥檙e going to publish it and then promote it, and much more.
2) Existing Podcast Audit
If you鈥檝e got a show up and running and you'd like to find out how it could be improved, we can analyse what you鈥檙e doing and highlight how you can make it better. We鈥檒l take a look at your existing concept, format, technical setup, promotion strategy, and much more. At the end of the process, we鈥檒l give you a detailed report, then talk you through how to take the right next steps.
3)听Production and Publication
Depending on the skills you have in-house and your specific requirements, we can provide as much or as little help as you need when it comes to recording, editing, publishing and promoting your show, and providing support to hosts and guests. Every podcast project is different, and we can tailor what we do completely to fit yours.
